Hi, I'm Rebecca. Born and bred in Manchester and an upholsterer and furniture restorer by trade. I spent 2 years working in the waste industry and saw first hand how much good furniture was going to landfill.

I also know that there are thousands of families in Greater Manchester are experiencing some degree of furniture poverty.

I'm trying to close that gap. Through furniture donations, I'm able to save big items from going to landfill and restore that furniture and enable people struggling to buy at affordable prices. I also offer free community workshops, giving people the knowledge they need to repair and reuse things themselves.
